Train Speed (Possible) Bug (Solved)

I was just looking at my Pacific train that I created in the Oil Oasis scenario, and the Max speed when I purchase it and the Max speed when I own it are different.
( I highlighted the speed differences in RED )

The tanker wagon has a max speed too. And that is probably 80.

Yes, sometimes new waggons appear, then it's better to look and change all your older ones, they slow down your trains
