When will airports become availbe?

I am playing a british map in 1915, I made it myself, but when will I be able to build airports? I did not disable anything in the editor.

In real life, small private charter airports weren't around until the 20's, and large-scale commerical airports started appearing in the 50's.

Yes, then in the twenties you get one that carries an astonishing 8 passengers (F7)

This causes me to focus on trains in the very beginning, too bad
