Airport windows does not show goods

Planes are transferring money from goods at airport ? but not showing on airport window (see attached screen capture) and saved game. So I cannot load onto goods truck

Would it help if I use transfer order instead of unload would the trucks load the goods

If you use an unload order instead of transfer, and there are buildings or industries within the cachement area of the airport that accepts goods, then the goods are accepted and you receive payment.
