Between London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads as far as i know, they are owned and operated by First Great Western Ltd.

Operated in 5-car sets normally, which can be couple in to a 10-car train to provide extra capacity.

After First Great Western Ltd. dissolved into Great Western Railways, they have sold their entire class 180 fleet.
Now The operators are Hull Trains (which unsurprisingly is operated in Hull, England), Grand Central, and East Midlands Railway.
