Re: UK Election 2015
Someone actually did that in this election. But because he did it entirely inside the box next to the Conservative candidate, the returning officer had no choice other than to accept it as a vote for the Tories.Dave wrote:Even then it's quite convoluted - my ballot paper has a reference number which must be matched with the polling station which must then be matched with the reference document they use. Only then can they work out that yes, this guy was indeed responsible for drawing the big cartoon wang with crude pubic hair and an arc of semen spewing forth.
(Doing that, by the way, is NOT an offence)

Bleeding 'eck, Jeremy Hunt has suggested Tories will stick to a pledge they made, and offer a free vote to bring back fox hunting.

Indeed, the Conservatives have a surprising amount of popularity in various parts of Scotland (the North East in particular). To be fair, these have often been called the "Tartan Tory" heartlands.siu238X wrote:They don't manage to get this result outside England though.Griff wrote:Aaaargh! UKIP. UKIP everywhere.

George Galloway isn't too pleased about losing his seat. He's off to the courts.

In other news, UKIP leader is... still Nigel Farage. His party 'rejected' his resignation.
