cool, but i kinda meant them with roofs that match the depot and some non track tiles with roof, so we can build roundhouse shaped depots.

I'm at a loss as to why you wouldn't want mail cars. They were there, just not that noticable.

2-10-0, new sprites looking good! I'd recommend some brown goods vans and trucks as well.

Also, I couldn't resist doing a touch-up on Thomas though. The diagonals look good, but it doesn't hurt to have visible wheel rims. He also looks a little bit more than the E2 tank engine he's descended from.

I'll finish this (and Annie and Clarabel) a bit later

Feel free to do a new one.

I'll stick to rolling stock and, diesels and MUs. I don't mess those up as much. :D

Btw, are you doing henry or is someone else?

Anyway, my current to-do list is to;

Draw

Grain Hopper
Steel/Wood Wagon
Robotboys roundhouse platforms

Fix

My depot. (grass grows on the inside)

There IS a mail van.

It's a sort of dark red, with a black roof, and "Sodor Mail" on the side.

Thomas and Percy usually do the job if I remember correctly.

The mans correct. During one of the christmas episodes, the mail was also transported in the longer brown vans too (ie the ones with the bogies rather than fixed axles), and in open trucks with tarps over them.

I did a rough version of the mail van, and no one has claimed henry. Also toby needs rescaleing.

ok about diesal i think the bottom bit that sticks out needs more detail. Henry looks realy good, but why is there a red line around the tender.

Nice work stevenh....I especially love the diesel...he was a classic on the show....

This set is progressing quite nicely. Looking forward to it.

Btw, what are you planning to do about intro dates? Will you just have them all available at once, or will you make the dates up?

Also, great to see that Harold will be included... :)

Does anyone remember that episode where there was the fast steam loco that crashed during the bad weather? What loco was that?

with intro dates we are going to make them up based on the order they were introduced in the books and on any facts we can find.

Is this set planned to be played in toyland only or other climates too?

I remember back when I first started playing TTO, and then TTD, there was someone who had made a scenario of Sodar. It has been many a year but t might be tracked down.

That was around six or more years ago.

These are probably a "covered carriage truck" and a "GWR Siphon G" respectively, if anyone's looking for reference pictures. :)

thanx PIkka

Also anyone who feels stevens work needs little changes made go and do it, as steven has given us permision to modify all of his work in this thread, that also applies for his half finished bill/ben which needs finishing but its too confusing because of ttds number of yellows. They can be found on the front page of his site. I will try and upload them here later. His site is ttd.otenko.com

I remember the Island of Sodor scenario, it was in the arctic climate (At least the one I found was). I still have most of the backup CDs from around 2002 (When I had to back all my stuff up when my IBM 40 GB Deskstar drive was failing).

Give me a little while, I believe I still have that scenario, provided I have the CD I think it's on. (I'd love to play it again myself!)
