People likely to figure prominently on the team should add themselves to the wiki team page. Registration is not compulsory, but is recommended (even if it's just for people to get a user page for them to put stuff on).
Help me out guys. I'm mostly monitoring you're progress and might kick in at a later stage to help with graphics (but stress the might). Should I run for a user page at the Wiki? BTW, can someone answer the question I posted on page 1 of this thread?

Research into 2d graphics libraries is no longer necessary, as SDL has built-in support for various 2d graphics formats.
What still remains are graphics for importing 3d graphics, like .blend, .3ds or .lwo.

There are no special requirements for signing up and filling your user page, other than perhaps taking a cookie. Likewise, having an account etc. doesn't give any kind of elevated status - it's entirely up to you as to how much you use the wiki.
PS - people can start transferring ideas over once the skeleton for the functional requirements doc is done. Simply add a new heading for each chapter, summary of what goes in that chapter, and create the subpage for it.
Train tracks will have realistic curves, e.g. not too tight, as real trains cannot handle this. The train tracks will have multiple sizes of curves as well
I tagged the current doc module in the CVS with "wiki-20040907". This should make it easier to find this revision of the documents in a "pre-wiki" state.
