A day on the railways...

Heh, moving this topic reminded me about it. My rail journey from Leuchars to Inverkeithing nearly didn't happen, due to high winds and bridges being closed and all sorts. In the end, though, all was well and I went from Leuchars to Haymarket, instead of Inverkeithing, and took the bus to the airport (instead of stopping at Inverkeithing and getting the bus over the Forth Road Bridge).

As for my trip to and from London, that was very nice, the trains were very spacious. The people seated next to and opposite me on the train back were rather interesting. And my trip on the Maple Leaf was quite good too, as I posted some time ago. As was my trip up to Boston. Woo!
