OpenTTD need 1.2kb (thats kilogytes) per sec per client, if I remember correctly

Me too. And this also happens when I try to join a game I hosted on my other comp, with identical installs. SP and hosting works great, though. I'm using svnrev1038

i think the game is set to pauze or somethign because the date isn't changing as you can see on this page

Hey, I'm in class right now so I can't get home to start the server up, the server will start between 2:30 and 3, and I will be limiting space to 6 people. My connection is 6 mbs up and down, ( 8) ) so no lag...

EDIT: I'm just going to lay down some rules...

1) No unpurposful buying of land to stop another person from building.
2) No mass buying land
3) You may buy a square around an industry
4) Sabotage of all types will be not allowed! :twisted:
5) When I start the server, I will wait for a minimum of 2 other people
8) Climate will be decided upon
8) When I choose the map is too dominated the game will restart
9) Or 25 years, either one
13) Don't think I can count. :roll:

Just some general rules to stop mass buying of land, but otherwise it's normal. Just saying what I'll do.

Yeah, too many bobs does cause a problem. Anyways, TmesisBob's (me) is open at 17:30 GMT!! which is now, not at what looks like 16:30 ;)

Hmm, looks like my server is suffering from the same String alement. :( I really need an updated windows nightly for this server.

I think the 1038one has a string bug!


Important notice:
All hosters should use 11th nightly becouse svn revs seem to couse string errors!

hmm, well apparently the build of 1038 is unsupported as it isn't a proper build, and the damn nightly didn't get built today either (i'm off to annoy darkvator about it now!). so we're stuck with 1020 (revision from the 11th).

Doesn't appear to have any problems with string errors or anything. Try that one.
