I can't get the LOWER BAR , with 2.5 beta 9
( The status bar , on the down side of the screen , w/date , money , and so on... )

Is it possible that someone tell me what option I have to check to get it...?

This does indeed appear to be a bug (both in the stable and nighly versions), caused by the resolution height being quite large. Unfortunately Oskar wrote this patch so it might be best to wait for him to comment on what caused it or if you've gone over some limitations he wrote into it.
