Iron ore not loading

Hello-
I've created a train station next to an iron ore mine. I've placed a train with two wagons at the station, and told it to wait for a full load. The station says it has like 100 tons of iron ore, but it is not getting loaded onto the train. Does anyone have any ideas about what I might be doing wrong here?

You are using wagon's that can carry iron ore?

If you are using the default iron ore/coal car; are you sure you said full load Iron ore instead of Coal?

Don't wagons carry iron ore or coal? Do you have to specify that the wagon will carry iron instead of coal? If so, how do you do that?

The order on the train says "waiting for full load of coal." But I really want it to pick up iron ore, not coal. The train is sitting at an iron mine. But I didn't think it mattered. Besides, I don't see how to change it from "coal" to "iron ore." Is there a way to do that?
