[OTTD] Caribbean scenario

Been working hard at this Caribbean scenario, it's based on the Caribbean Heightmap released by Moriarty.

It contains many towns, over 100 i think, they are as geographically accurate as the heightmap and OTTD allowed. There are also industries in the game, they are not geographically accurate as that would be far too much research for me.

This map should be interesting, i haven't played a full game with it yet, but it should promote the use of ships and aircraft massively, buses and lorries will also be useful. Trains probably won't be used much except for inter-island transport and on islands such as Cuba and the Haiti/Dominican Republic island.
