1.2 billion people speak Chinese as 1st + 2nd language, about 2.3 billion speak English as 1st + 2nd language.

Che cosa? I don't understand this. English is the 2nd largest spoken language as 1st language. And adding the number of those using it in international communication or like the people of India, it is the 1st.

but mostly there is a english Version to. But most companies have an english site and a german on as well. no other language is support such offten. A lot of companies have a .com an .de domain, but tell me companies that have also an .be or .nl or whatever, only less. Can someone tell me why??

I think imformation tech is very popular amogest germans maybe its a very rich country

There are lots of good programmers in germany (most patch delvelopers are german did you know? :wink: )

maybe, but all these tech interested people are also able to read the english sites. Ok i prefer the german sites, cause may english is not as good as it should be, but when there is no german site i have also no problem, for example here :) There are only less german sites about TT and the patch so i switch to english.
Maybe in germany a lot of people aren't able to understand the english sites. In the netherlands you have to speak and understand english, cause a lot of TV-programs are in English, cause it is to expensive to translate them for the low number of dutch speaking people.

I'm using English as my language, but still this is in Dutch :shock:
'bladeren' should be 'search' or something else
