Unload All?

I have some Oil tankers taking oil from a rig and delivering it too a dock, where i want them to fully unload and not load anything.

I don't know if its just me getting used to OpenTTD changing but when they deliver the oil, they always pick some up again as its on Unload + Take Cargo.

How can i get them to leave it?

On the drop-down menu under loading there's an option No loading, so it won't pick anything

When you choose this it should then say 'Unload + leave empty'
