graphics arent working!!! help!

hi
first time post
im having problems with all my add on graphics
when i install and load up TTD it says this error message:

error loading new graphics:
file "newgrf/GLASSSTATIONW.GRF"
has invalid sprite 2.

and not just for that GRF
all addon graphics do similar and dont load.
any help?
