Another vista problem!(sorry!)

Hi im new to this forum, but not to TTDX, now i have just upgraded both my laptop and desktop to vista ultimate 64 i've read through the forum about problems with vista but nothing i do works! i get as far as the game loading up getting to the main screen everything ok so far but a couple of seconds after that, a pop up comes along gamegfx.exe has stopped working! windows is looking for a solution. any ideas???
I have downloaded all the patchs etc still no joy!

If you're still running GameGFX.exe, then either you haven't downloaded "all the patchs", or you aren't using them.

To use TTDPatch, you must start ttdpatchw.exe. Every Single Time.
