Following a well-made point by Wallyweb, the thread for the Heavy Equipment Set (HEQS) I am working on is now in the OpenTTD graphics forum, and can be found at the link below:

In current circumstances HEQS can only be used with OpenTTD so discussion about it is more appropriate in the Open TTD forums. I'm posting here in case any of you are wondering where it went.
