"Cannot Remove Obstacles on land" ??? HELP!

Hello!

I'm having problems with a saved game that came with TTD when I downloaded it.

Here's the problem - Right now I have Loaded a game called

Stepping Stones

. And when I go to click on the track icon, i can't. And at the bottom of the screen it says

Cannot Remove Obstacles on Land

I recommend you re-install TTD. Chances are that either the save or your executable are corrupt. If that doesn't work, post the MD5 sums of your executables (*.exe, and, if present, *.OVL) and the savegame.
