Re: Canal bridge thing
that would be pretty useful for crossing railway main lines. But since ships are not so commonly used, I'm not sure it's necessary.
I am little, ugly, and nasty. How do you do?

Its good for oil and passengers. if u use patch that makes ships larger then ships r even more usefulcmoiromain wrote:that would be pretty useful for crossing railway main lines. But since ships are not so commonly used, I'm not sure it's necessary.

This is the thing which make the World to stall, all is useful, if not for you, maybe for me or for somebody elsecmoiromain wrote:that would be pretty useful for crossing railway main lines. But since ships are not so commonly used, I'm not sure it's necessary.
I don't play enough with ships because they are too expensive for simple tasks, but there's nothing better than ships to get the oil from an oil rig or carry passengers to the shore beyond the lake
Re: Canal bridge thing
Water bridges (aka "aqueducts") would be a nice new feature, tough going up and down, even with locks, is quite unrealistic (also true with canals). As of now, it's already possible to emulate aqueducts crossing railways or roads by raising a strip of land and building canals over tunnels. But real aqueducts, as proposed, would also allow to carry canals over rivers and valleys...
Re: Canal bridge thing
Been suggested before, nothing came from them both IIRC.

Well double suggestion or not, it is still on my wanted list since the first topic. I hope that it someday makes it into the game.

Re: Canal bridge thing
Its a beautiful idea.
I dont see why it hasnt been worked on more.
I guess we need more ships first, but thats a code problem i think, but i think they're working on it.

Re: Canal bridge thing
thats a really good idea the bit of the bridge that goes up if it does can be designed like a lock and the main bit can be like it is in the pictureor a different design they could even have speed limits
but also seeing as you have designed one possibly you could do some coding on it then open it to public as a canal bridge you could even have different types

I'm leaning on a lamp.
