Vehicle Names

Is there any way I can change the names to the vehicles in the game..? or if I can donwload a set some where, I see it in the game, says vehicle names, can I get mor sets...?

I assume you're playing TTD - if you're playing the original TT, you cannot rename vehicles.

I have uploaded a VEHICLES.DAT file which you should extract to your TTDX directory to my web site at http://www.transporttycoon.uk.tt. This file contains the original TTO vehicles names (eg, Boeing 747 instead of Dinger 300). You can create your own VEHICLES.DAT file by renaming some vehicles (just use the Rename option in the Create Vehicle windows), then choose "Save Custom Vehicles" (or whatever it's called) in the Options dialog.
