can any one help me. i need some help on createing stuff for locomotion and an how to download things like trians n stuff so it works in the game, idk how to do it. so please help me!! it would be awesome if any one can.

Just down load the trains.
Put them all apart in the objdata folder( so root of that)
Choose them when creating a new scenario.

Also put questions in the beginner section, not here.

i may sound stupid but idk how to open that, do i need the disc in when i start the download or save it then download it? and how do i un pack it?

No just download it somewhere in explorer of windows and copy it to the Objdata folder of you locomotion folder.
It must be unpacked, so it has to end on Train (example) .dat
