Industries in Random Games

Is there anyway of specifying a minimum distance between specific industries or industries in general?

It infuriates me when I start a game and there are 6 farms on the map, all of which lie within a 40 square area.

It also annoys me when I have four or five different industries in a small area.

Dave, are you sure it has nothing to do with one of the settings of the MoreBuildOptions switch?

Hmmm... Indeed. Sorry for that.

EDIT: Actually ... it's not. The close industry switch is off, as is the more than one per town... Am I just unlucky?
