Hmm reminds me a lot of my old layout for an airport. i guess it is a pretty logical runway layout :D

hmm. The airport.grf interferes with the tarmac. Thats supposed to be all dark tarmac!

As far as I'm aware that particular variant of the Antonov was a specially built version designed to carry the russian Orbiter (commonly called Buran). The cargo version only has a single central tail fin.
