After all had time to divide and finalise the forest. So if anyone wants to code it, here it is. If anyone from the TTDPatch people wants to implement it, you can of course use it too.

I've numbered the sprites for how they are combined to the forest ground. (Note that temperate and snow versions aren't indexed in the same way!) Trees are intended to be only used for the tiles which are NOT marked with an white "n" because there is the forest path ;).

However, never want to do such a splitting session again

You're going to hate me for this, but what are the chances of getting sloped groundsprites?
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

Zero probability. Probably.

Seriously: If I had done the forest ground sprites by using a 3D mesh and render it to tiles, then I would consider your question. But I've done it only in 2 dimensions with Photoshop.

Well, but you can have new grain ground sprites (all versions, incl. sloped) for the farms, if you want

he he its true....

forests shouldn't be toooooo bad. its just finding the time, unless someone wants to give me a hand on it, and i can teach them how to do it and they can do it.

Thx@hatebreed :).

I know, too late, if it's true what Alltaken said ("32bpp engine is out") ;). But, well for the TTDPatch people maybe it's still interesting: The cutdown version of my oilrig.
(If you find graphic errors, please report them to me.)
