Copy orders from vehicle windows

Hi All,

A small patch that let you copy / share orders from the company and the stations vehicle windows.

Uploaded to SourceForge.

version 1.1, now let you copy orders from other vehicle's orders window too.

are you able to allow the player to click on the orders to copy and open the station info window (as locomotion)?

Sorry, but my english is realy bad, and I don't understand you.

With this patch you can copy orders from the vehicles in the company's trains / road vehicles / ships / airplanes windows and the similar windows that pop up when you click a station info windows four little buttons at the lower right corner.

yes i understood the patch: "you can copy orders also from listed vehicles"

but i mean "why not copy an order from another vehicle order list instead?"

version 1.1 added, now copy orders from other vehicle's orders window too.
If you click an item in the orders list then add that item to the vehicle orders, if you click to the "end of orders" item or the empty space below the list then copy the full list to the vehicle orders.
