Does cities grow.

I build some years but my quetion is does citties grow or are they always the same size.

After several years the citties are all exactly the same
I don,t see any grow.
And what happened when i delete some houses.

Cities grow, if you transport passengers and mail. Both want to go to factories, other towns and tourist attraction, but mail needs a post office next to its stop to send/recieve.

Before 87.00, you needed about 1/8 of the total travellers (see the graph in the townhall info) transported to achieve growth. It means, that you need a good network, which covers this town and has some connections to the nearest towns (which you should also cover) and to the next factories.
