I think all of these should be options.

I also think that you should be able to have land which is just artificially raised (ala Rollercoaster Tycoon), at least to some fixed point. But that's just me. And all options.

Yes, a vote of support is not really useful. Coding it, better. :/ *hides*

i was going around in the ttdpatch forum today...

what the hell... they have one-way roads, different bridge ramps (they can customize horizontal ramps), they can place tracks on more configurations of foundations (see 2nd fig on the 2nd link)

and now also they can terraform under tracks...

why not we can have the same things? :cry:

We can terraform under tracks, too. This is just a few lines of code to change.
Custom bridge heads is in progress (or done, but don't know why not relased) IIRC by Bjarni or Blathijs

OMG!!!! look at the number of pages in those posts!!!!


i've seen someone with an avatar with a bridge shaped like a T, with a junction in it. also seem some shots of double bridges with junctions on those.

don't know if those have been programmed, or are just cut and paste fantasies, but they would be awsome to have.


and the lowering land under track!!! looks awsome!!! why can't we do that?

yes, i have seen costom bridgeheads, build anything under a bridge(build a bridge over diagonal tracks and signals), and even diagonal bridge works going on somewhere here on these forums.

There are times when JPG is useful, TTD screenshots is not one of them. Please use PNG instead.

the bridge with a T junction is an artwork, but these features in the screens are true, i've tried them personally...

the Patch is a good game, but i don't know why i prefer OTTD, and i think that OTTD should have all Patch features and also what the Patch couldn't have

Actually you seem to have no idea about what you talk. I am strictly against downgradeing my feature to some lines to change, it was hard work, and consists of logic to allow only valid terraforming, which cost additonal money :evil:

The tunnel bug was fixed as you can read in my thread, but is on the todo list to allow again :!: (And it was actually a TTD Bug)

imho he mean that in OTTD are some lines to change, i think that all us know how is hard to do a patch for a game without know the game code

also this is an useful feature... this will avoid to call cheating the tunnel crossing, why bridges can go up, up up and up and tunnels can't go down, down down and down :D
