1.0 and 1.1 are definately the worst. They have no texture at all.

I like 101 the best. lots of texture.

6 is too blueish IMO.

I like Euro, Us and 202, the last two if the stripes are made smaller like the Euro road.

US will be great with white lines. And 102+T is good.

In my opinion the best looking is US (excelent texture). Dark roads make a good contrast for vehicles and are more definite in a landscape. Besides I agree with Coyote -> lines should be white.

The US and Euro Roads are already available, and are not to do with the Czech Roadset. Since The US Roads were made by an American I would think they would would what colour the road is.

Sorry, I didn't realise that US set is already done.
In that case "the second best" is 6B/W (202 & 202+T are also fine).

202 looks like the old 1.1 and has a system-texture.
Roadtextures haven't a system, or show me some chuckholes, which are appearing every X meters.

hmm everybody is misunderstanding me.

You have some good variantes, but the regular streets are not fitting to the ground. What about trying to copy the US roards with grey texture and white lines. That would create a really new style.

But the US roads are by another artist, that might not be allowed.

101, 171 and 6 are my favourites, but they all look quite well.
