(Request/Info) TTD Add-ons For Locomotion?

Hello there everyone!

I have just registered today on the TT-Forums and this is my first post. I am either blind or a bad googler. I am looking around for programs like GRF Wizard, NFO Editor, TTDX Configurator, TTD Patch, Graphic Manager, Saved Game Manager, TTD Alter and TTDX Editor, but for Chris Sawyer's Locomotion. Please can you tell me where I can get these programs if they exist, or tell me if they are in the makings? Also, what program do you think is the best for editing .png image files from Locomotion? I currently use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 but it takes a while to load itself up and open the images.

Look at the sticky`s and you will find your answers

A lot of these things are not available. For example, there's no TTDPatch for Locomotion, and thus there is no Configurator either.

But there are things like Locotool and Vehicle Creator which, as Illegal_Alien pointed out, can be found at the sticky threads in this forum.
