errr if someone would volunteer to write a front end for the grfcodec stuff maybe i could manage
/me pokes shadow with a stick

nothing fancy just a lil dialog box thingie where you can enter the sprite numbers and the format (dos or windows) that you want to make the exe file

Is it possible to have the colour of the two trucks (or lorries) changed when one changes the company colour?

Yes it is possible . ... just check witch color in GRF (PCX) files are set for company color (it was blue I think)
