Deja always seemed to filter out a lot of some of the more interesting
stuff.
Some of the advantages of using a newsreader over Deja

And, you don't have to fight with the hundreds of ads on Deja.com.
And, it goes a lot quicker
And, the layout is much better
And, you don't have to put up with the strange organisation of postings....

etc etc..
