spam, and click post. They could cross-post, but it seems they haven't.

I think that what they generally do, is just randomly post.

Also Kim (my Wife) has just mentioned that some news readers will allow you
to subscribe to loads of newsgroup and then just post messages to all
subscribed groups blind, in other words all the other newsgroups don't
realise its been mass posted.

BTW Kim works on an internet helpdesk..
