(request for Japanese Maglev Train

I ouwld like to ask if some one make this Japanese Maglev train the fast train in the world right now I have inclosed two pictures of the train

Just figured, that this is another kind of *maglev* train then those that scrat and oppie made

this one, isnt *ontop* but is *between* te track

and, stationary, uses wheels, to stand still, and to depart, only at some certain speed, it can levitate on its own.

please note, *fastest* was in 1998 afaik, they broke the record already with the other maglevs
