crash in alpha 47 and dbsetxl
since alpha 47 the patch crashes while refitting long distance coaches to rheingold coaches. other reffitings works well (e.g. for goods trucks). crashes with dbsetxl 0.80 and 0.81. don't crash in alpha 46!
