Yes, that is totally right. That might be good in Dutch law, however, a little principle called "Law of the Server" means that the laws which apply are those of the people that own the site. Hmm, and thats a reason that its allowd in TTD because you cant buy it anymore and its old ? Looks a bit weird to meTTD is a very old game, the only way you can get it now days is by downloading it, one day when both of my comps were --==Out Of Order==-- i got a hold of the licence for TTD... its bloody long and has A LOT of s*** in it... but if u do change the .exe file, and the game stops working, then you cant call up chris about a game that dont work and ask for a re-fund... also, if u alter any files, you cant distribute them without his knowledge for profit, if u make a profit and he finds out.. you can say hello to a high priced judge, under infringement<<-- i think infringment
