This is the 3rd time I am trying, I need help, but IE is crashing on me, the post will follow in more detail.

Basically, I have a problem with batch conversions and Photoshop and my LNER coaches.

Ok, now the detail (in a rather beaten up and tearful state as I wrote this).

My LNER coaches are based on a never finished model in Trainz, requested by many users, I am trying to give them some use in Locomotion, but every attempt so far is failing.
The problem is the rendering is all done and completed, but the conversion has caused me blood, sweat and tears (the last one literly!). I followed this tutorial which has worked on my previous objects (Railbuses and the 476) but isn't working now: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php? ... =miniguide
For those wondering, I am using Photoshop CS.

The problem is that I have used 2 of my computers, the laptop doesn't want to save the files and the desktop doesn't want to save the converted files. I.e. it moves them from one folder to the next without the pallet. I have written, rewritten and rewritten the macro several times, yet it doesn't work, what I am I doing wrong?

One reason for making the coaches was to test this sound that I recorded.

Second file from the first batch, for closer inspection, note that Photoshop didn't save the pallet!
