What if an admin starts flaming, what can the others do about it

Unlike some administrators I know. Basically, at EEA, there's one admin out of the five who hasn't been through a phase where he gets the word 'twat' thrown at him repeatedly. And that's the same one who deleted the forum. It seems we are not safe.
