And the supports must not be in the center of the tile, otherwise they will get hit by any vehicle driving under it...

Also the top of the towers should be connected by a crossbar. Otherwise, very nice!

Search for trg1r.bak file in your ttd directory and delete it.
I heard that some times game still use the bak file instead of grf with new graphics.

The excecute file alters the original grf file, in case of my temperate bridge it is trg1r.grf.
You have to run my execute file in the same directory this file is in, otherwise it won't work.

Any chance of you grfing it for us? So we don't need to mess around with all these files? And with other people making bridges, i'd prefer not to use a permanent .exe.

Yes, I agree with Arathorn. It works now, and it is not complicated if you take ten seconds to organise your TT folder, write down what each .exe file does in notepad etc.

Well, rather than me hunting for grdtogrf, using it or having to write in notepad or whatever (I don't know how that helps me uninstall it), i think the author of the graphics should supply it. Multiple people want it, and rather than us all grdtofrfing, him doing it once and attaching it would please everyone!

Well actualy, the bridge itself is quite old, and I was just hoping that Rob would update it to a newer version for higherbridges. He did that, and that was very good of him (I bet many people forgot about that bridge :P), so I don't think we should ask him for any more. If you want it in grf, you do it, but Rob made it (and he is happy with it in exe form), I asked for it (and I am happy with it in exe form), and most of the other members that here are happy with it, so we can leave it at that.

Also, if it's a lot of work to do, why would you want to force it on someone who is just trying to help out? Also, if *you* grf'ed it and asked Robs permission, then you could release it like that (crediting Rob for the bridge), and then still only one person would have to do the work, and that would be the person that really wanted it like that anyway...

Thanks again Rob, sorry for all these people making demands now :(

Sorry lads, me again...

Tried to find the file you suggested above, but couldn't find it. I ran the .exe file in each of my TTD folders, but still wouldn't change.

Any other ideas? I'm not that much of a computer genius and only have limited access to internet sites and so on, so if this would be out as a .grf file, I would really appriciate it as well. At least, I would know how to get it working...

thanks for your help lads....

Paul
