I had plans to make a scenario of Belgium, i haven't found one yet

I made a "russia" scenario before on my last HD but because of a wiring mistake when we installed the new one (HD) all the contents were deleted...

we accidently burned the HD..

I've tried to make a polder model. not like here just fantasy country but following the rules of a polder model.. but cities are stupid... 1 city flood the whool island... hmmm...

At last i finined my Philippines scenario after man times of making and rying And i had only problem traffic My cities are only 17 and it hard to have man of them And ill try editing before local auhority steals again m rails
