(I know some of these features already appear in the OpenTTD)

God should be able to destroy anything and everything, no questions asked.

She should be able to...

* build and destroy any Industry, Building, Public Road.

* Start and End subsidies.

* Cause disasters.

* and many other things, im sure people will suggest more.

Yeah, in the cheats you switch players. You could switch to God.
