French translation needs to be updated (outdated topic)

I asked because there is some english sentences in the french.txt file

they all have <TODO> or they were missing at the time of compilation. If the compiler misses a string, it will use the english string. It would be silly to render a translation useless becasue it misses one string

I have also discovered why the french translation misses to many strings. It have not been updated after the translator was done with it

It appeared that there was more than 500 english strings in it, so it might take a little while before it's completely done

The language file is based on the nighty build from June, 10th.

I just translated the missing english strings, but I didn't correct the french translations that were erroneous. I planned to do this later, but if there is other translators... Let me know !

Sorry, i can't be on IRC yesterday because i was at home very late.
But here you can take the TXT file i've rewrite, with many erroneous translations and all vehicles real names for all world (climatic,desert,etc...)!!!!
