Many can, actually. phpBB on it's own can't (it should be able to in 2.2) - I'm using the phpBB Attachment Mod.

I've also noticed not many forums you can't set people Moderator on single forums, you can put their name on it, but you have to give them moderator power on all the forums, which is a Super Moderator. Thats why I like WBB, it's got more options, and attachments come with it.
Thanks,
Adam Reece.

I just uploaded the "modified files for phpBB 2.0.3" directory in the zip file to the server.

You can set individual moderators in phpBB, and ones for all the forums. phpBB has a great many options too.

Have a mod be able to mod everything is better in ways. Don't have to wait for the mod of a certain forum to show up to make changes.

Thats true....
But is that right about the 1k+ stuff.. I guess its with the most BBS systems.. isn't it.
They all have to save at least the username, time and message itself...
And with this board you can add attachements as well... can other boards do that? :)
offcourse, but even the smallest post take already 1k, but maybe a future version will correct this
