As you can see, I just spent a long time (and all my money) to build a railway between a farm and a factory...

And then, that f*** munucipality don't allow me to place my station.

Could you please for the next release add a configuration flag to descativate that f*** feature ?

this is why I place the stations and then the tracks. You altered land height and/or removed A LOT of trees. Don't do that just before building a station

Plant as many trees as you can this normally makes them like you more. Alternatively I thought I saw bribing mention recently as a feature.

It would be nice to "pay off" the council with a donation as an alternative to bribing.

You normally have 3 options
1. build station first...I always do that!
2. plant trees
3. bribe authorities (not yet implemented)
