Removing a computer company
I made a custom scenario, when playing it one of the computer players chose "Conrail" as company player. It comes from the "US rail pack".
Is there any way to replace it in the saved game?
Just removing it will probably cause the game to crash.

Re: Removing a computer company
In OpenLoco you can.
You first need to enable the cheats/debug menu from the Options.
Then in-game, open the Cheats menu, and you can take control of the AI company, rename it, then switch back to your own company.

You should upgrade to OpenLoco. Your existing save games and custom objects will load just fine in OpenLoco, and it comes with many QoL improvements.
OpenLoco is to Locomotion what OpenTTD is to Transport Tycoon Deluxe.

I love OpenLoco, I won't go back now.
How do I enable the cheats in options?

Go to Options, go to the last tab (the wrench) and check the "Enable cheats/debugging toolbar menu" option.
In the same place you also have the option to disable the AI if you don't want it's spaghetti constructions.
Then in-game, you have a new menu after the audio menu where you have the "Cheats" option. You also have "Scenario options" to change the scenario settings, "Object selection" to add more objects to existing games. From the same menu you can enable sandbox mode (will allow expanding towns, building industries that are not normally buildable in-game, etc), and some more options.

Can the drag and build track work on tunnels and bridges?
Can you also drag and place stations on elevated track?

Re: Removing a computer company
At the moment, the drag to build tool is very basic, so it won't work placing tunnels/bridges. As an alternative, you can press and hold the normal place piece button to automatically repeat the build command. This will make tunnels and bridges.
Yes, you can drag and place stations even on elevated tracks. It might also work with tracks in tunnels even from above ground but I haven't tested it.

I haven't been able to drag n' place stations on elevated track, I usually end up placing stations on other track on the ground.coyoteelabs wrote: 30 Sep 2026 08:11At the moment, the drag to build tool is very basic, so it won't work placing tunnels/bridges. Have you ever made your own scenarios?
I tried and it failed. See link below.

Re: Removing a computer company
More complete answer in that thread you made. Short answer, OpenLoco can't write to Program Files because it doesn't have permission.starcraftguy1 wrote: 02 Oct 2026 05:34 Have you ever made your own scenarios?

For the stations on bridges, you need to drag on the ground level where the bridge with the track is, not at the position of the track
