Well I would suggest to have more or less similar stats for both 2CC sets, it is a bit strange to have two East African Class 23 one of them 1/3 power of another.

A propos South America has no narrow-gauge electric locomotives. Maybe you could add a couple?

- Brazilian FEPASA Serie 2000 https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/GE_1-C+C-1_(EFS) and Alstom EC-362 https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alstom_EC-362

2ccNG 0.7.0 now on BaNaNas

The new release adds a new diesel engine, the BD5 of Botswana Railways, available in 2017 with a whooping 469kN tractive effort (the highest of any narrow-gauge engine at the moment); and a new steam railbus, the Kayes-Niger No. 1 of 1905 discussed in the development thread. For that one, I used an invisible trailer to simulate the mail/goods compartment; therefore you get a railbus capable of transporting both 18 passengers and 12t of something else (mail, goods, anything CC_EXPRESS). Unfortunately the GUI shows both as "refittable" when only the goods part is, but oh well.

Otherwise I made a couple of fixes and minor changes, the most important one being reducing the tare weight of most freight wagons to make them more competitive with standard gauge ones, especially in early stages where the narrow-gauge engines are already way less powerful than their standard-gauge counterparts.
