I made a custom scenario, when playing it one of the computer players chose "Conrail" as company player. It comes from the "US rail pack".
Is there any way to replace it in the saved game?
Just removing it will probably cause the game to crash.

In OpenLoco you can.
You first need to enable the cheats/debug menu from the Options.
Then in-game, open the Cheats menu, and you can take control of the AI company, rename it, then switch back to your own company.
