Pre 1925 Vehicles

Hello TTF

I started a new game today and entered the start year as 1900. Unfortunately it says that no vehicles are available yet until after 1925. Surely trams were available prior to that date. Horse drawn transport would have been too and even cruise liners. I was just thinking of playing out the evolution of transport through a game.

That's why the game supports modding via NewGRFs! There's a huge number of vehicles NewGRFs available covering vehicles from all across the world, across many different time periods.

And t that end:

For 1860s onward I'd suggest 2CC Trams, Road Hog, Mop's Expanded Road Vehicle Set, eGRVTS, PolRoads or Timberworlf's UK Road Vehicle Set. They have a variety of trams and steam powered vehicles for those early games. If you want even earlier, then the last three in that list also offer horse-drawn carriages as omnibus and lorries starting in the 16th century.
