Use notepad  It's so much better than any "web page builder" program...

We were discussing the databases and filetypes whitch can be used... not the program in witch we create these... :D
I don't know What program combat uses.. but I use Textpad..
its a bit like notepad only it gives the HTML/PHP/JAVA/A LOT more codes a color.. and that can be very handy..

But indeed sultana... those text edit programs give you full control over everything

But the code generated is usually better. I originally worked on the TT Station (and owenrudge.co.uk in general) in FrontPage Express. The new TT station is done in FmView (basically, a file viewer with support for many formats, but also includes a text editor), and cleaning up the old code is horrible, as the old code is a huge mess!

Macromedia Dreamweaver MX is good for PHP files. I use FrontPage XP for my site.
Thanks,
Adam Reece.
