Hello Locomotion Community,
OpenLoco discord user LeftofZen just released version 1.0 of his OpenLocoTool. This is far better than the old LocoTool, and allows you to open, modify and create new .dat files.

I'm also finishing work on LOGO, the Locomotion ObjectData Graphical Organizer. This allows you to create "groups" of objects that you can swap in & out of your objData folder quickly. You could for instance have an American group or British group that get swapped in when you want, instead of trying to cram thousands of files in one objData folder all at once.
Still in beta : https://www.loco-dat-directory.site/LOGO_v7.zip

If you have questions, Discord is really the place to ask them. I only check here every few days...

LOGO isn't an addition to the website, it's a way to organize your ObjData folder. Although, it does use the same set of sprites. Locomotion can only handle about 3,300 mods in your ObjData folder before the interface gets buggy, so LOGO allows you to keep less than that in your ObjData folder, and keep the rest in a new folder ObjData_Vault, by organizing your objects into groups. Then it automates the movement of one or more groups in or out of your ObjData folder depending on which ones you want to use.
So... it's similar but different
