Game Freezing

I am justing posting here the problem and the solution to help if anyone have the same issue.
The game is freezing when oppened.

I found the problem in the Game Options and then in Hardware Aceleration. Unmark it solve the issue.

I am running OpenTTD 13.4 in a old ASUS S46CB laptop with Windows 10 OS, Intel i7 processor, 8GB RAM.
